In order to help OREA Hotels grow, we first needed to understand through in-depth conversations within the company where it was headed, what its goals were, and where it saw opportunities.

We needed to properly analyse the current solution. We didn't build a completely new product from scratch, but used an existing platform that we modified through compromises not only in terms of design, but also in terms of code, databases, user interface and dynamic accommodation pricing, which are central to the strategy.
