Internal system for Best Tour
Best Tour is a Czech travel agency organizing trips and short sightseeing tours around the Czech Republic. It targets mainly foreign clients.
Our task on this project was to create a new internal system that is used by the operators and the company management. The main functions of the system are:
- tour schedule,
- finding and assigning drivers and guides for the tour,
- finding the most efficient route between pick-up points,
- a financial settlement with suppliers,
- pricing and financial settlement with clients,
- order management,
- database of partner hotels and more…
